We process orders in 1-2 business days, then it’s off to the races with your chosen shipping method:

• Standard Express (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95)
• Free Trail Ride Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch (free for orders over $50)

Customs fees can pop up like unexpected cacti on the trail. While we can’t predict or control these charges, we ensure all paperwork is properly completed to make the process smoother than a line dancer’s moves.

We get it – sometimes that denim doesn’t hug your curves just right. You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate returns (items must be unworn with tags attached). Just contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected] – we’re happier to help than a cowboy at a hoedown.

Once we receive your return at our ranch, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider – typically 3-10 business days.
