Howdy partner! At Wild Cowgirl Style, we want you to be as happy with your western wear as a cowboy is with his trusty steed. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ve got a returns and exchanges process smoother than a well-worn saddle.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Note on Final Sale Items: Through our analysis of the website menu (Dresses, Jeans, Pants, Shorts, Sweatshirts, Tops) and homepage content, we don’t currently offer any products that are marked as final sale or non-returnable. All our western wear can be returned or exchanged within the policy period!

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about what you’d like to return or exchange. Use our handy template below to make it easier.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond faster than a jackrabbit (within 1-2 business days) with return instructions.
  3. Package It Up: Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return to our ranch at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for returns that get lost on the trail back to us.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or style? Follow the same return process above, but specify in your email that you’d like an exchange and include:

  • The item you want instead
  • Size/color preference
  • Whether you’re willing to wait if your preferred item is out of stock

We’ll process your exchange faster than you can say “yeehaw!” once we receive your return.

Damaged or Wrong Items?
