Shipping Information

We process orders quicker than you can say “yeehaw!” – all orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas where delivery services aren’t available. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, just holler at us via email!

Returns & Exchanges

If your gear isn’t fitting right or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right faster than a cowboy can tip his hat. Here’s how our returns work:

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Good news, partner! Through our analysis of our product offerings (Dresses, Jeans, Pants, Shorts, Sweatshirts, Tops), we currently don’t have any final sale or non-returnable items. All our western wear can be returned or exchanged within the policy period!

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return details. Use our template below to make it easier.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond quicker than a prairie dog pops its head up (within 1-2 business days) with return instructions.
  3. Package It Up: Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return to our ranch at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for returns that get lost on the trail back to us.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or style? Follow the same return process above, but specify in your email that you’d like an exchange and include:

  • The item you want instead
  • Size/color preference
  • Whether you’re willing to wait if your preferred item is out of stock

We’ll process your exchange faster than you can say “yeehaw!” once we receive your return.
